TOA KASEI was founded in 1913 as a trading company that handles industrial chemicals, including natural wax, detergents, and surfactants. For over 110 years since then, we have operated business as a trading company specializing in chemicals with trading and manufacturing functions under the ethos of “contributing to the growth of client companies and society by providing highly creative materials.”

We have been expanding our business to include the chemical field in which we handle raw materials for chemicals, including industrial and electronic materials as well as the life science field in which we deal with raw materials for cosmetics and food products, while exerting synergy between our trading and manufacturing functions. We also promote global business operation based in Asia, not limited to Japan.

Each and every one of us aims to solve issues with client companies and society by exerting ingenuity, offering accurate information, and proposing solutions and then create value. Now that our business domains and areas of business activities have expanded and the business environment has become complex, we will take steps toward the future while cherishing our universal value and the trust of stakeholders we have nurtured so far.
